Tickets can only be purchased by persons over the age of 18 and ID will be checked on entry. Persons aged under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Vouchers
At Bitter & Twisted a voucher system is used for the purchase of beer tastings, wine by the glass, food from the food stalls, coffee and water. The only stalls that will accept cash are the general stalls (produce, artworks etc.).
Vouchers will be sold through the Voucher Stalls (see below) in quantities of 5 vouchers (ie $5 purchase).
Note that at the end of the day vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash so if you are unsure how many you will use we suggest you purchase vouchers in smaller increments.
How to use the Vouchers
One voucher = $1.00
For example
1 Voucher = 1 x 100ml beer tasting
5 X vouchers = 1 glass of wine
9 x vouchers = a plate of food
You will need to provide the supplier with the number of vouchers equivalent to the dollar value of your purchase. All stalls will have clearly marked prices on display for their product.
Voucher Stalls will be located at:
Outside Gaol Entrance (until 1:00pm) - (cash and eftpos)
Behind Cell Block A (cash only)
Behind Cell Block B (Cash and eftpos)
Merchandise Stall, Exercise Yard (from 1:00pm) - (cash and eftpos)
